During the summer season, we train at Ranford Primary School Oval on Wednesday afternoon (our main training session) from 5:00 – 6:15pm.   We also have an optional open training session on Mondays from 5:00 – 6.15pm.

Athletes:

  • Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (including a hat),
  • Bring a bottle full of water,
  • Follow all coaches instructions,
  • Try their best.

 

Parents:

Under our Duty of Care we are not able to accept unattended athletes aged 10 and under at training or competition. Please ensure that a parent or guardian is present for all athletes under the age of 11 for the entire duration of training and on competition days.

Parents are also encouraged to:

  • Assist with equipment set-up and storage,
  • Watch or help out on site with the athletes,
  • Become certified officials for each event.
